Samons Service, unc. Never completed the work.

I couldn't ask for faster or friendlier service.

I would highly recommend Joanne, but I would not recommend Samons Service overall because of all the issues that I had.

Mike Water was very professional and kept me updated! He was very good about calling me and updating me at each stage of the process!

Samons Services stepped in and did a great job during a very difficult time with a catastrophically flooded basement. Despite the fact that they were incredibly busy with other damaged homes, they provided a lot of care and detail that I appreciate. I would recommend them.

Mike was kind and courteous and worked diligently to execute the emergency response.

Great company. My husband and I used them 3 yrs ago and had an exceptionally fabulous experience. Staff was professional and efficient. Then, Feb 2018, we had a flood and the insurance company sent us another company that was definitely sub-par. We ended up asking that company to leave and Samons came in and gave us the royal treatment again. Definitely would refer Samons to friends.

To have something like this happen to my home was unbelievable. The Samons Team really made it a pleasant unpleasant experience.

Software packages are nice and efficient but sometimes they need to come out of their office because situations are different and not all are textbook situations.

Job took much longer than expectedDifficulty communicating with site manager more than once. Trivialized our concerns according to repeated comments such as" we do this all the time theres no need to worry" ( not a helpful phrase)Made us feel secondary ( less important) to other jobs they were involved in

My dissatisfaction may be a result of the lack of direction from Allstate. Samons did respond and had removed carpet and supplied a commercial dehumidifier. I was not aware I would be responsible for this charge. I thought Allstate would pay them directly only to find out after the fact that I need to pay them. I have very capable family members that could have done this at no cost to me but with no direction I have an expensive bill I will be getting from Samons. Again, I would have thought I would have been given more direction on steps I needed to take by my insurance company, Allstate.

My experience with Samons Service, Inc. was a welcomed helping hand after our fire. All of the people associated with Samons were very professional. The administrator explained what needed to be done and then the cleaning people were kind and very thorough. Samons Services was courteous, respectful and very easy to work with. The staff packed and unpacked efficiently, neatly and in an organized manor. Tracy and Mary were delightful to have working in my house, and Frank Samons was right in there, working with his employees.
