I have been using A.J. Perri since 1996 for a/c and furnace and have always been provided with appropriate and timely service. I even had a broken pipe under the basement slop sink on a Sunday morning and they replaced and corrected the problem that day.

what can i put around the shower sides to make it drain toward the center drain?

The best solution would be to remove the existing shower base and install one that was properly set up to drain. There are different solutions depending on what you have existing there currrently. Wha ... read more
is it standard to hold a cooling unit up by a belt to prevent it from leaning? this belt slipped and was tighten to again to prevent it from leaking

A belt doesn't sound like the proper material to hold anything related to air conditioning
