They responded very quickly and professionally to my water damage. They hand personnel and equipment that was able to stay on the property until the issue was resolved.
I was unhappy with the service as I found lots of trash on my lawn left from their lunches. I also found coins missing from a jar that I kept in my room. When they left, they left an upholstered chair outside and forgot about it. It rained the next day and the chair was ruined. They also gave my insurance company an absurdly low estimate for the repair damage after our fire and caused the claim process to take much more time than it should have getting a local contractor to do the work. I also think they spent way too much time at the house and my neighbor said they were spending most of their time out in the backyard hanging out rather than getting any work done. I think they were milking the insurance company.

Recognize Excellence - I would like to recognize Jamie. He came out and I spoke with him and he was amazing. He put my mind at ease, explained everything well, went above and beyond, and was prompt. I would also like to mention Luke. I talked to him and it happened so quickly I wasn't expecting them to come out so soon. When I talked to Luke he said agreed and said they could have someone out. Then all of a sudden they were here and I was really appreciative of that. There was no wait time.
Additional Comments - They came in and did an amazing job. They were friendly and all four of the guys were courteous. The second team that came to pick up the equipment was great as well. They did an amazing job, were really professional, nice, and went above and beyond the job. I wasn't expecting anything because the guy that came and did the animal control said they wouldn't be able to get the smell out. Property Restoration came and got rid of the smell. I had a religious meeting at my house that Saturday, and he took care of it and fixed it. It was amazing and I couldn't believe it. At the end when it was all over with, I said thank you and I said they all did amazing. Then, I get a gift card from them. I should have been the one sending them something and I thought that was so thoughtful of them. They wanted to thank me for my business, who does that? I thought that was exceptional of them because you don't get that often.
