This was our first experience with water damage. I truly put all of my trust into this company when they arrived, late Saturday evening, to place humidifiers and fans. The fans and humidifiers sat for 6 days .. no attempt to remove any flooring, wet carpet, etc. We were simply drying the surface. They also did not put pads down on my hardwood floors, which if they did, could have saved my floors. We ended up calling Property Restoration on Thursday, asking them to come pick up their fans and equipment. The person I spoke to told me he would leave them for the weekend, out of a courtesy, no charge to me, and pick them up on Monday, and that's what he did. Other than placing fans and humidifiers, Property Restoration did nothing to help us with our water problem.

They have old equipment and their staff needs better training.

I've used them on multiple occasions and they were always excellent.

The company's foreman was excellent. He took care of things well.

The service was timely and professional, and I would recommend them to a friend.

I work nationwide for commercial car care stores and have never worked with them. They took outstanding care for me as if I were a long term customer. They handled things, went above and beyond what they were asked to do, and left an amazing product. I would give them 10 stars!

The Property Restoration crew were skilled, professional, considerate and kept us informed on when they would be working. They were neat and always left the areas they worked on in clean order. John A. was pleasant and did a fabulous job.

Their timeliness of the second half of the job was not to my standard of a professional company. They seemed to drop the ball hard when it came to the restoration. They did the remediation great but the construction side was not up to standard. They rushed at the end and the restoration is still not finished.

They were very knowledgeable and exceptional to work with.

As a contractor myself, I found them to be very responsible and went out of their way to get the job done. Everyone I met from the top down was very courteous and took their job seriously. I was unhappy with the service as I found lots of trash on my lawn left from their lunches. I also found coins missing from a jar that I kept in my room. When they left, they left an upholstered chair outside and forgot about it. It rained the next day and the chair was ruined. They also gave my insurance company an absurdly low estimate for the repair damage after our fire and caused the claim process to take much more time than it should have getting a local contractor to do the work. I also think they spent way too much time at the house and my neighbor said they were spending most of their time out in the backyard hanging out rather than getting any work done. I think they were milking the insurance company.
