I would give Garman 4 or 4.5 stars, not 5. Overall, Garman did a great job, but communications were a bit weak.

Steve who was head of project excellent and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend him. Three star ratings did not refer to him but to some of the subcontracted work such as plumbing.Tile layer in bathroom shower and other bathroom areas was superb.
