Precision Plumbing Pro, opened its doors in 2006. Ben Howell began with a simple dream to provide for his family and the genuine desire to contribute to the community with hard work and integrity. Today, after over 25 years of honest work and perseverance, Ben and his team of pros are considered one of the most trusted plumbers in the community and are now proud to provide quality heating, and air conditioning services to our customers. Our company is grateful to have this opportunity to live out our dreams, and we are always looking forward to helping all residential and commercial customers with all their HVAC and plumbing needs in Rock Hill, Fort Mill, York, Lake Wylie, and the surrounding areas.

What home repairs/renovations can (or should) I make to best keep cold winter temps out, and my indoor heat in?

Energy efficent windows are a good investment.
I have trim boards to install that will cap over exposed block foundation. What ways should I attach these? They will be primed and painted when installed.

I would suggest construction adhesive which will attach the trim boards while also providing a capillary break between the block and the trim board so that moisture does not wick into the trim boards. ... read more
