Outside of NOVA having not showing up on their time that they wrote down on the back of the salesmen business card & having to re-schedule an originally scheduled installation date at a later time, the work was completed as expected. Unfortunately the door frame got a little bit smaller than what was originally there, so we couldn't put back up our storm door. However, we were informed that this might be the case, and not a direct reflection of their work.All in all, if you're looking for someone to install a high quality door, NOVA exteriors is the place to go.

The sales and installation processes went quickly and smoothly for a door installation, but resolving a defect has been disappointingly slow with very limited communication from the company.

I would not hesitate to hire Nova for another project. Sam Osta was knowledgable and responsive. The gentleman who came out to measure the project provided detailed and honest advice. The installers cleaned up as they worked. And the doors look great.

David, my salesperson, was extremely helpful. He worked with our budget and made sure we got what we wanted. David made sure everything was in order. My installation crews were quiet, efficient, and clean.

I was very impressed with the installers. They did a great job on my old house and it was not an easy install. I was SUPER impressed how well they cleaned up after they completed the install. They mopped my floor!!! And I just LOVE my new doors.

Rick Whisnant is awsome. He is very knowledgeable as a sale consultants as well as as a constructor. He was able to figure out and explained to my very clearly why my entry door frame kept rotten over and over again. I worked with other companies besides Nova Exterior, but none of their sale consultants were able to figure out why my entry door kept rotten.

NOVA Exteriors, and in particular Project Manager Arron and his crew, did a superb job of refurbishing our 25 year old deck with all-new top-grade pressure-treated wood deck floor, railing, and stairs. Their professionalism and craftsmanship was truly outstanding -- far better than the original. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. From the initial planning session with Richard Navin through to the completion of the project, the NOVA Exteriors team was prompt, courteous, and professional in planning, coordinating, scheduling, and executing the project. Their price was very competitive with other companies we interviewed and they delivered the completed project within the price quoted.

When they found a problem they informed me and they didn't move forward without my permission.
