KPM showed up quickly, even though it was the holidays, and acted decisively to resolve our immediate need. They were thorough and professional throughout and responded in a timely manner when I called with questions.I would definitly recommend them to family, friends and anyone in need of quick reliable restoration work.

I was quoted $45 for service but was charged almost $160 just to pull the lever up to the right level in the toilet. I think that was outrageous for a 5 minute job. Plus, the technician tried to sell me a new toilet for $900+, said it was company's policy/price to sell/use the best quality toilet.... more
