Don't. I've accepted this $25,000 mistake. My home was a bit of a fixer upper that I purchased in 2018. A two-story colonial that was 30 years old. I was hoping to preserve the original cedar siding and not have to replace it. Based on the advertisement, I thought Home Shield would be a good option to preserve the wood and avoid repainting every few years. I was wary, but the salesman had an explanation for all the negative reviews I had seen. Primarily that the most glaring negative review and BBB complaint was due to gutters that were too small and not replaced per their recommendation to the other homeowner. They assured me that my gutters were good and I would have no problems. Five years later, my home looks like it needs to be repainted. Mike Diaz (the owner) is claiming that all of the chipping, flaking, cracking, and wearing away are not covered by warranty. They have blamed my gutters and a couple woodpecker holes as the reason for all of these. Most of these are on the side of the house that doesn't even have/need a gutter. Also, the large soffits on my house prevent any overflow from even touching the side of my house. Regardless, it is what it is. Take a look, look at the pictures I posted online, read the owners response on Google. It's odd that a company that claims to be so successful and have such happy customers, have so few public reviews. This is a 3k sq ft home, this cost around $25k, and this is 5 years later. Do not use this product.

There are products that we would not have considered, had she not brought these to our attention, like the Choreograph material. She even provided paint co... more
I am very impressed with the windows, and the company as a whole. Good workmanship all the way around. It was a good experience, and I previously had a different company do other windows in my home, but I wish Tundraland did the whole house. They are top notch!
