Having our pool built was a seamless and stress free process. From our initial design visits with Adam, thru construction with Gary and his crew and now dealing with routine service issues with Ryan and Josh , everyone has always been professional and considerate of the end user. The store staff are also helpful and friendly when we visit or call .

Additional Comments - Fronheiser reliability and service rivals or surpasses that of much larger competitors. That has been my experience. Stories from friends regarding their pool companies always make me feel that I made a great choice with Fronheiser.

Areas For Improvement - I have purchased two pools (not at the same time) and a Jacuzzi hot tub and in every case they have always meet or exceeded my expectations.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The people make the difference!! From the service area and in-store interactions everyone always seem genuinely interested in resolving any issue and make me feel as though I was important to them.
