Overall, the process was okay. The Floor Depot representative was very helpful. Some of the molding didn't get used. I tried to return it, but they wouldn't let me. The flooring has some return options, but it wasn't conveyed to me that the molding has no return option.

Cole was very helpful in the process of choosing our floors and materials. He was very knowledgeable in sharing information and guidance for our floors. He was also communicative with us about our orders and purchases.

I had a renovation in the house. I went to this store to find the right flooring for my kitchen. The staff are very polite, very down to earth. I kept going back and forth to their store since I couldn’t decide on what is the right floor that will match the color of my house. Edvard noticed that I have been face timing my son and daughter so they can help me decide on the right floor. There were 2 other staff that were there. They told me that I can bring those sample boards so I can easily match if the color is really right for the color and lighting that I have. Sure enough, that was very helpful. The color is entirely different when you bring the actual piece in your house. Thank you so much. I will highly recommend this store. If you need to have your floor done, I will highly recommend them to you.
I am currently in the process of having my entire house flooring changed to match my current floor. George came to my house to get my flooring need, the price quote for a Coretec is very reasonable knowing Floor Depot’s craftsmanship. I will have Floor Depot install it next year.

I highly recommend Flood Depot for any flooring needs, especially for hardwood! Not only for their high quality products, but they have topnotch customer service. For all the times I went to the store to choose the hardwood material, I was treated very nicely by Mike, Ed and George. Mike was the one I dealt with the most and he's very knowledgeable of their products, very helpful, accommodating and professional. I went back and forth several times in the store as there was a delay on our building permit, and Mike had been consistently patient and kind in all my interactions with him, and in answering my endless questions. He even took extra effort to expedite the delivery. I am extremely satisfied with the excellent service that they had provided and has very reasonable price too. It was a blessing for me to work with Flood Depot in getting the hardwood floor I've always wanted. Thank you so much Floor Depot!

I went to several stores and found Floor Depot to be the best of the lot.

Everyone at floor depot was very helpful and professional, especially Cole, George, and Manuel. Starting from picking out and purchasing the flooring material, getting an install estimate, scheduling an install date, to installation process and final walk thru were all easy and stress free. They pay special attention to the details with doorframes, baseboards, and having transition areas leveled. They are very careful with moving and covering the furniture and covering cabinets, picture frames, and drawers. I highly recommend floor depot for the entire flooring process!
