Great service, good craftsmanship during installation

There are lots of carpet options available. Pricing is competitive with local big box store. We were greeted and offered assistance immediately. I just wanted to look around first, which the salesman allowed.
We returned several times and the salesman was usually available for questions.
There were times that pricing was confusing and the salesman was not always clear, regarding option pricing. Carpet color samples were not given out easily. I was loaned samples in the evening and had to return them the next morning on the way to work. This is not how I usually work with colors.

Scheduling was ok. The salesman and myself forgot to verify the contact phone number. They had a number that was 4 phones ago. Once I called to check on scheduling, Flack Flooring was very flexible and willing to do a Saturday install. This crew was efficient and listened well to my needs. They were clean! They even cut the left-over carpet in specified lengths to use in the attic. Awesome!

This is our second time in just a few years to count on Flacks Flooring to install carpet in our home. Each experience was wonderful! Skip Mangum was our consultant and we cannot say enough good things about him and the confidence he instilled in us as we made our decisions.
