The roofing people are the best. The gutter installers rushed and did a poor job. They did not install leaf fitters as promised. The thin vinyl frame on the outside of a window has cracked. How can I repair this without replacing the entire double window?
You can more than likely call the manufacturer that made the window and just have a replacement sash made.
We're redoing my parents roof and their chimney needs some repair work as well. Is it better to do the masonry work before or after we do the rest of the roof?

It is always better to repair the chimney prior to any roofing work. This way the new roof doesn't get damaged.
