Diamond Pool has provided our pool service for at least the past 16 years. They are knowledgeable, considerate and dependable. If we called with an urgent matter (like a problem with the mechanical equipment running the pool), they did their best to get it resolved as quickly as possible so that there was minimal down time of the pool, resulting in less disgruntled residents because the pool had to be shut down until repairs could be completed.

Communication - We were kept informed of any issues that popped up. Any questions presented to them were answered quickly. Follow up was good as well.

Recognized Excellence - Lynette Shemanski was very professional and "held my hand" through the entire pool project. She always responded to my questions quickly and showed empathy and patience in all her conversations with me.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Diamond explained the situation with our swimming pool and provided the HOA board with three solutions for correcting the problems. They also came to the HOA meeting to explain the problem & resolution to the residents and answered questions at the meeting from both the Board members and residents in attendance at the meeting. They kept us informed throughout the entire process as well.
