In 2012 Gerry Voorhees, present CEO, purchased half of the business and that's when things really took off. From 2012 to 2022 under Voorhees' business leadership Dependable Service has gone from a small plumbing company employing six people to 35 plus employees. Hide

Try Shewin Williams Loxon XP which is for Masonry. It lasts a very long time and no need to prime.

Are galvanized nails supposed to be used when nailing studs in a pressure treated sill plate on a slab? or is 3 inch smooth framing nails code?

As Brittany stated earlier, we only use hot-dipped galvanized in this application. It is not a code issue but it does make a huge impact on quality and what will be seen for years to come.
