It was hard to get them scheduled to come out and get the job done. I don't think they did the whole job. I had to get other people to come in and put the floor back and do other things. It would have been nice to have a one-stop shop.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone for a follow-up for weeks now. I have not heard back. I'm not very happy with them right now.
I waited three months, and Compleat Restorations is just starting, and then they stopped. I have not heard from anyone in a few days.
They completely went out of their way to help us. We were really really happy with them.
I called Compleat on a recommendation from our insurance company to help mitigate and restore damages done by a water pipe leaking. The mitigation work was good, however we made NUMEROUS attempts to have someone from the company call us regarding the restoration part of the job and were left hanging.
Compleat Restoration was very professional with efficient & friendly girls doing the job of cleaning our attic & basement after the attached home remodel left plenty of plaster dust covering every surface. The end result was everything we could have hoped for!
The job that they said they were going to do which was remove the mold in the basement, it has not been removed it was a very, very poor job done. The mold was not properly addressed, they did not do the job.
I don't think they're a leader in the business anymore. I don't know why that is.
Our experience with Compleat Restorations was amazing..the communication was key to us. They kept us updated every step of the way especially if there were going to be delays in the process.

I am disappointed. I was promised many things and Compleat failed to follow through on almost everything they promised me. It wasn’t until they cleaned up the job site that I found out they weren’t going to follow through on any part of the restoration efforts I was promised.
