The response to my initial issue was surprisingly swift. From the initial call I had people in the house working to correct the issue within 3 hours! Great communication throughout the whole process. We ended up using Compleat for the rebuild as well and we're pleased with the outcome.

I contacted Compleat Restorations after a water pipe broke in a wall causing water damage. They arrived quickly and immediately began to control the damage. They were professional and explained their process. They even located moisture within the wall and found where the leak was coming from. During the process, they lifted up carpet to properly dry the floor. This exposed hardwood floors that had been covered for years. Compleat provided me a quote to remove the carpet, paint the interior of the house and install new carpet upstairs. The price was reasonable and the work professional. The end result is an improvement to my home that I am satisfied with.
