All workers sent to my home were non-english speaking so communication difficult. Must always be aware of what materials are being used to avoid substandard quality of replacement materials. Some agreed upon things were not honored by contractor even with a second reminder. Once job was completed... more

Where is the tile, John? If it is on the floor or anywhere near bathroom moisture, painting is probably not the best solution.

We recently purchased a new oven/range as the last one had a pretty bad gas leak. Glad we did as it was a potential danger. We got it on sale also, which was an added benefit!
