They never contacted me back after I told them I was getting other bids. They just want you to turn over the insurance check to them..It don't work that way

My Glass Guru tech dropped two HUGE slabs of glass off of his truck as he pulled out of my driveway. He pulled over to see what happened, fixed the rest of the glass on his truck and kept going.
