I was told my counter would be put in while I was off work after my surgery. Then it was because I didn't have a sink, which I didn't know i needed one. My salesman told me he needed a model number for the sink so they cut the hole. I gave him my model number, then a day or so later, im told I need to bring the sink there because they never worked with that kind of sink. It was special order so I had to wait to get it. I got it there with help from my neighbor because it was to heavy for me to lift. Then I was told that the guys that removed the counter were going to take the sink with them, when i git home from work there was my sink in my garage. I live in a condo so it's hard to get the garbage men to take stuff like that. Just so much inconvenience for me as the customer. My Salesman knew I never done this before. A little guidance would have been nice.

This was not the best experience. Countertop was too long, bowing out the drywall and making it necessary for a filler piece to be used. Also, the 4 inch backsplash is not right up against the wall, causing the need for a lot of caulk to fill the gap.
