I am very happy in the beginning but have noticed some issues after completion.

I got a well-built porch, very reasonable price but the communication and the timeline of the project left a lot to be desired.

They did a good job, but they did not make me aware of the fact that they would hire a subcontractor to do the electrical work. I was pleased with the actual company, but not with the subcontractor that they used.

Steadfast Construction took a long time to schedule when construction would take place. We had to make several calls to get feedback on when the schedule would be ready.

I have recommended them to several people. They have done a job or two for friends, and they were pleased, as was I.

I was thoroughly pleased with the quality of the job and professionalism throughout.

Do not expect the work to get done quickly or a crew.

I had some disagreements with the person supervising the job here. He walked off the job here one day when I asked a question about what they were planning on doing that day. Then I got a call from the president and he sent him back to finish the job. There were misunderstandings between us.

From the time they did the estimate to the final construction, it was quality, high integrity and responsive work.

Their staff was very competent. They resolved challenges constructively,and they were very professional.

I have had continuous issues with the porch they installed. It has led to damage inside my house.

I have recommended them to my neighbor who had come over and saw the deck and wanted to know who did it.

Overall they did the job and it was a good price, there were just a few things that they could have done better.

One of the reasons we picked them is because they made good suggestions to us.

Steadfast Construction did a tremendous job. Mike Shepherd couldn't have been a better superintendent. The carpenter was super. He was excellent up until the end of the project. I felt he wasn't a communicator.

I was not satisfied with the work. Something simple, like waterproofing, turned out to be so expensive.Yet, it is not waterproofed.

They did horrible job and had to come back and redo a lot of it. It's good now but they never finished a couple of items and I have a problem with that. They also did not return my phone calls. I have mixed feelings about them. I think they do a good job but they did a horrible job with me to start with.

They exceeded my expectations and did an amazing job on a deck and porch that I will thoroughly enjoy for years to come.

I consider Steadfast Construction to be highly reliable and very responsive and also do high quality work.

I am very happy and satisfied with everything because they were a very professional, hardworking and timely company. They provided quality workmanship and followed up in a timely manner. I also gave them a great online review with pictures.

The two guys that build the deck did a good job. They finished with a nice bevel look all around the deck. I would recommend them to do a deck but would not recommend them to do any low lighting. That was poor with exposed wired on the deck that easily could have been run below or behind.
