We had SE insulation spray foam our attic and the exterior bedroom walls that are adjacent to the garage. Our second floor could not stay cool this summer with enormous electric bills and the upstairs AC running 24/7. We had an energy audit done by EMC (free!) and they suggested if we're staying in our house awhile, spray foam insulation was the way to go. And boy were they right. You could tell an unbelievable difference in the attic space immediately. It was really close to room temperature. While we did this towards the end of summer, we've noticed that the house stays consistently the same temperature without the AC/Furnace going on and off constantly. Even those funky fall days, where it's freezing in the AM, hot during the day, and freezing at night were completely pleasant in the house. At one point, I counted 5 days in a row where the main unit didn't even go on in spite of exterior temperature fluctuations. The proof will really be next summer because we've only been in this house 4 months, but I wouldn't be surprised if it cuts our utility bills in half. One of the best home improvements we've made!

They showed up on time, protected my walls/windows from the insulation, exceptional clean up that left my room cleaner than when they started. Both were very professional and went above and beyond of what I expected them to accomplish.
