Our frustrations have been around communication and being able to get in touch with them. A lot of calls back and forth trying to schedule stuff. There were days we didn't hear from them. The coordination with the office personnel was a nightmare. The work was good.

Plus, Michael Dwyer, Production Manager, [(703)582-1210] on 08/11/2021 had us sign on an electronic tablet, with which we were completely unfamiliar, a document entitled "Encompass Certificate of Satisfaction: Job Completion" before ANY work had even started. We feel this was HIGHLY UNETHICAL.
The crew chief, Michael Dwyer, was awesome. Servpro of Loudoun County was very fast and efficient.
Make certain you get an itemized bill. And go over it. There are a lot of things i am being charhed for that were not used. They asked to leave 3 fans at my house till the next day. I said sure, I am being charged for them leaving them. They were not in use. Be wary and makevthem take the unused stuff with them.

They were able to dispatch a team the same day to start cleaning up water damage. The crew was very good. The Loudoun office itself is completely unresponsive. It taked multiple calls and messages to get ANY response. It took 4 calls to get a quote/invoice for the work THEY ALREADY DID. I still do not have the quote to do the next phase of work. I have never had to work so hard to get a company to let me pay for service.

They came the same day which was good. They looked at what needed to be done and they gave me a price. When they came back to complete the work, the price doubled after the owner came.
There was a fee where I was charged for $145 for an emergency call and no one told me I was going to be charged for that. For the estimate for the work, she waived that $200 charge, but at the end of the work there was supposed to be an inspection, but they just came back and grabbed the equipment and left. They told me I would get a refund since there was no inspection, but then they said they were not sure about the price after I had already paid. I told them to not cash the check until they were sure, but then they cashed it anyway. The communication lacked as well.

ServPro does not do a good job explaining the process from the beginning. They aren't doing that well. I have to ask a lot of questions, call back, Google the process, and talk to my insurance company as well. If they say they are coming Saturday, they never tell me the time. If they say Monday, they never tell me the time. I have to call them back and ask if they are coming and when they are coming. They aren't organized and they do not inform the client ahead of time. I have to initiate it myself. Once they are at the home it is quite good service. That is why I give a 4. They just are not doing a very good job with communication.
