Very responsive but wood crew is contracted and according to manager "having issue with them". Had to point non complete work and redo front section. Roof was replaced by Bone Dry, which looks good.

The thin vinyl frame on the outside of a window has cracked. How can I repair this without replacing the entire double window?

You can more than likely call the manufacturer that made the window and just have a replacement sash made.
