I've worked with many contractors and they have been the best contractor I've ever used. They are honest, deliver a high quality work product, think through all the details to ensure issues don't arise after they've begun construction, and overall nice people to work with.

The quality of the work and quality of subcontractor relationships exceeded my expectations. Their subcontractors do high-quality work. They were able to do this during the wintertime. They did great to communicate over and over until my decisions were completely understood and conveyed. They drove out to the stone place with me to confirm and explain my projects. They did an incredible job. The job was exterior and interior waterproofing of the whole house. Tom definitely had the knowledge to address that type of work and really showed an effort to include testing out the sump pump, as well as monitoring the directional water drainage. They made sure everything was working as engineered and constructed. It was really nice to see that knowledge. It was working and exceeding the performance. I am definitely considering using them again and will recommend them to others. They are a small business so you may have more costs. They did an extraordinary job with permitting and licensing that goes into it. I have not had to worry about a thing. It eases your mind when you are trying to work through a big project. They did this when they were not experts in Arlington since they mainly are in Alexandria.

Additional Comments - We would highly recommend Rust Construction. We have been enjoying our renovation and reconstruction with no regrets. They are the best!

We have used Rust Construction for three projects (kitchen, workshop/office, and a bedroom improvement) and would do so again. We know we could get the work done for less money but two considerations were more important than shaving the cost of a project. We trust them and we know the end product is very good. And they stand behind their work, returning to the site if we had any additional questions or needed their attention.
