I have already recommended River Pools of Nashville!
They did what they said. Came in on budget. Adjusted to the challenges of our build (flash flood, unfriendly neighbors).
It was our first time getting a pool, but the process went as described.

Tyler Bonds and his crew were pleasure to work with. We are very pleased with the pool project.

Nashville TN office is extremely unresponsive (unless Tyler is looking for payment, then he’ll wait outside your home). Communication is virtually non existent. Tyler left rock in the pool and we had to have someone else remove it. Phone calls/texts never responded to once he was paid.

We had a wonderful experience. There was never an issue or concern that was not immediately addressed and promptly corrected. They went aboveand beyond. We couldn't be happier with the pool and our experience.
