I did refer Patio Enclosures (Champion Windows) to a friend who purchased $14,000 of windows from Matt Barnes. They have been installed and no one at Patio Enclosures seems to be aware that I initiated a significant referral and purchase. Probably didn't follow the procedure.
Matt Barnes called me from Champion to get my friends number, then finalized the job and kept my referral bonus. Hard to overlook that kind of issue.
It either is a referral, worthy of acknowledgement or not. Matt turned Patio Enclosures into a scam.

Office Staff Responsiveness - Office staff crystal extememely helpful, if she couldn’t answer the questions she always called back with an answer. She is friendly and very helpful which is rare these days. Great customer service

Project started about March/April. We are in October and after a miss up.that I trying to work with this company so that it didn’t have to be redone with this project is still not done in October.
