Kristi the customer service representative was responsive, professional and knowledgeable about my patio project. She provided me with a detailed description of what to expect during the installation and follow up with me days later to see if there was any issues or additional concerns.

Way too stressful. I’ve been dealing with this since February. It’s now the middle of August & finally finished.

Kristi, Alex and Jesus were all very professional and I received a timely response on all of my questions. It was a bit of a rocky start but Kristi explained why and she was very prompt in making sure our project was back on schedule-made a huge difference!

Everything was great! My only complaint is that one of the noticeable pieces is damaged. It would have been a 10 had all materials been inspected for flaws prior to installation.

To everyone i told, think the price was too high comparing to work done.

I have waited several months for resolution on my install. Several pieces were cut or installed incorrectly. Sore of it was fixed. Still waiting on the rest of the repairs.

From sales, service and installation personnel were helpful and friendly and worked well with us.

This is the worst experience we have encountered in our 55 years of marriage!

Remind prospective customers about the amount of work required to install shades if the support posts are not square. Also, have at least 1 person on the installation crew who speaks English.
