Here at KNL, we are a very small company comprised of hand-picked, caring… people. Our dedication to quality and servant mentality starts right at the top with partners Keith Luck and Todd Folden. Even though they are both busy running the day-to-day operations, you will see Todd’s name mentioned in many of the testimonials throughout this web site because he stays personally involved with every single home we build. It is this focus on follow-through that filters to every other person on our staff.
