We don’t just build, create and remodel… we fulfill dreams!
As you would imagine, choosing the right homebuilder and/or remodeler is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make.
Every builder tells the same story: Personal attention, expert craftsmanship, unparalleled expertise, etc…
However, at the end of the day, you are really choosing… people.
It will be people who are making your dreams a reality. It will be people who respond to your requests, solve problems and suggest improvements. It is always the attitudes and actions of people that determine if you have “moments of misery”… or moments of magic!
Here at KNL, we are a very small company comprised of hand-picked, caring… people. Our dedication to quality and servant mentality starts right at the top with partners Keith Luck and Todd Folden. Even though they are both busy running the day-to-day operations, you will see Todd’s name mentioned in many of the testimonials throughout this web site because he stays personally involved with every single home we build. It is this focus on follow-through that filters to every other person on our staff.
All we ask is for you to schedule an appointment and come in and meet with us. We’re confident that you’ll come to the conclusion to work with the right people who will make your dreams come true. Hide

The staff is professional , pleasant , and responsive to work with. We built the house while living in another stateand the staff understood our situation and worked with us on this issue.
Review of Glass Guru of Gahanna by Jim H.
The person that did the estimation was efficient and friendly. The replacement glass for an insulated window fit perfectly. Despite it being an extremely hot day, the two person installation crew did the job quickly. They were on time and the job is done right.
