Pretty much everything exceeded our expectations.

The Eberle staff answered all the questions we presented to them and they made quality recommendations for simple things that made the outcome even more extraordinary. Planning was the key. Yet, they had the flexibility to make some additions to the plan that we made at certain points and still finished on the original date.

Additional Comments - If a bathroom remodel can be fun, then this was just that. It can be quite disruptive, but Kent and company minimized that. It was fun to watch it all come together. We adore our master bathroom and bedroom now. They had the vision and professionalism to make it happen.

Kent knows how to do things well and will guide you down the right path - he takes great pride in the work his company does and won't even consider cutting corners or doing sub-par work or using cheap materials. I believe that when it comes time to sell our home that it will be a selling point that we used Eberle Remodeling on the addition.

The quality of the work was excellent. Shannon, the Project Manager did a great job of keeping the schedule moving and was responsive to all of our questions. Shannon is also very knowledgeable and we were able to work with him to address small issues that always pop up in a remodel like ours. There were no big surprises in terms of costs. We had a few change orders but we initiated all but one of those. All of the Eberle staff were skilled professionals, courteous, and hard working. The vendor staff also did good quality work.

Additional Comments - I know this probably sounds too good to be true, but if I ever have another project, I will not even consider anyone else to do the work. I have heard many horror stories about remodeling but my experience was great. When I mentioned to my friends that I am having a remodel project done, they all said "Oh, you poor thing." I am sure I could have had the work done for less money, but I am also sure I would have had a horror story of my own. Good value for the work and my peace of mind in my opinion.

He gives you a “shopping list” of specific vendors to purchase tile, corian, plumbing and plumbing fixtures, etc. We found Kent and his crew to be outstanding in every way. Kent is an excellent communicator and his or his project manager’s follow-thru is exceptional. He created a project timeline and he was “off” by 3 days due to our change order. We plan to have Eberle Remodeling do at least 1 or 2 more remodeling projects as we plan to live in our house for the next 20+yrs !
