They left a few things unfinished. They put a new fan in and didn't wire it. An awning was supposed to be put back on the roof, and they didn't do that. They reimbursed me for that but now I have an awning not on my roof. Roof wise, it was fantastic; the extras they came up short on. They didn't finish those. The awning they reimbursed me on, but I have an attic fan now that's not hooked up, which is going to be a big deal when it's hot out. So, mixed feeling. The roof was good; the extras they came up short on.
We started this process of looking for a contractor very skeptical. It is difficult to trust companies and not feel taken advantage of. We were grateful to find Cambridge and Lauren, as they were very committed to working with us and ensuring we were comfortable with our decisions.

In my last response, I advised that a solar light "disappeared" when your crew was working on my house. I received no response. Also, I spoke with Chris and told him the gutter in front of the garage was not catching all of the rain water. I heard nothing then weeks later Chris went to my home without telling me and called me and left a message that he has there to fix the gutter. He said he did not know which gutter he was to fix although I told him on the phone when I first contacted him that it was the front of the garage. The phone message was left on my house phone while I was working so I did not get it till that evening when it was too late. I called Chris at least two times to reschedule but he did not return my calls. Now there is an interior leak over the kitchen window over the sink. I am curious whether anyone reads customers responses to your surveys because I have yet to be contacted in response to my previous responses.
Recognized Excellence - James and John. Dont know the names of the others in charge of the job but they were great too.
Types of work - Total roof removal (two layers) and replacement.

Areas Of Satisfaction - All out fantastic job. I work with roofs, I have a crew of 5 to 10 guys, and my guys couldn't have done the job they did in the time they did it in.
Still waiting for back door to be repaired was ordered and came in about 3 weeks ago but they still have not found the time to install. This company is terrible
They were great before the payment. After the payment, they disappeared.
Awesome work and when a minor problem occurred the company (James) came out immediately and fixed the problem...They don't just put on the roof and then leave..you know you can call them and if you incur a problem it will be looked at immediately...refreshing to see they stand by their work!
Only time will tell if the quality of my new roof is as good as I think it is. I do know that Cambridge was recommended to me by a friend and his roof was put on a few years ago and he is obviously pleased. The roof from where I stand looks great.

Came out to fix storm repair, ended up replacing roof without a letter stating it was storm damage. Went on for weeks.
Everything was great, and quality work. The crew even fixed the side of the garage that had termite damage, this was a surprise. Very good work ! Thank you.

Out of 7 estimates Cambridge was in between based on the quality of the product used, layering and craftsmanship.
