C-Tec team is top notch and did an excellent job managing the project from the get go. very pleased with the overall process, outcome and the quality of the workmanship. C-Tec team was there when I needed help and support and kudo's to Andrew, Erin, Nick, Mike, Joshua for an awesome job. Highly recommend C-TEC for anyone looking to go Solar as they are the best in CT.

They do excellent work, but I didn't get the solar panels they originally quoted me. They claimed they had to buy down my rate for the loan because I was incorporating a roof replacement even though they knew going in I needed a roof. They told me they had to change the panels after the roof was already replaced, putting me in a tough spot with the roofing company(Which they recommended and which will be another review in itself). Had I known this was going to happen, I wouldn't have done this.

Installation Crew - The instal went smoothly and the team was happy to work with me on any concerns I had. The site was always left clean at the end of every day and at the completion of the project.
