They did what they were supposed to do and got it done.
Communication was poor, never on time, and my basement still smells moldy
People were a little rough around the edges. They did not take there time running a razor blade around the trim before removing the board. The result was additional work to repair the walls because it ripped the sheetrock. They also did not remove all the nails in the wall. There seemed to be much effort to get as much money from the insurance company as possible. However, the insurance company, on the other hand, is looking to do as cheaply as possible taking many pictures: The end results, in this case, the job was complete but there was much dramma. Also, Room for thought wrong house guys Orange Ct, not Limerick ME.
Area For Improvement - Fully met my expectations.
Area Of Satisfaction - You were very responsive which was key.
They act very professional. They were able to answer all my questions. They went the extra mile to get the insurance company to cooperate to get the work done correctly.
I highly recommend them.
Lewis was very responsive and quick to come out to help us with our situation. We had a mess in the basement. Lewis was very professional and friendly. More people should be like him. I spoke with another gentleman who was not as nice. That is why we called 911 Restoration.
Area Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with their arrival time and efficiency of the operation.
Louis and Robert were extemely supportive and had a lot of information, and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The professionalism and approachability of the employees.
There was no explanation on who/wast 911 was as well as nothing for what they were doing when all they were supposed to do was water mitigation. They were taking measurements and pictures and I wasn't told they were doing that or why.
911 Restoration provided me with awesome customer service.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was satisfied in all areas of my experience with 911 Restoration.
Area For Improvement - everything was handled well and process clearly explained. nothing fell short as far as I can tell
Area Of Satisfaction - timeliness, professionalism
On the positive side, there is no denying the timeliness of response to our flood emergency. The workers and manager were forthright and followed through on their pledge for type and time of work. Now the cons: There was some equipment (a de-humidifier) that did not operate appropriately, but the most disappointing aspect was the cost. The company was not transparent as to the cost of the work until weeks after the work was done What amounted to about 5 hours work for four men and blowers for 3 days was $5100.00. As a customer of the Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., my claim had a cap and this cost amounted to over half of what I would be allotted by the insurance company for repairing the space. Seeing as I'd gone through this experience before with a different mitigation company, I could definitely conclude that 911 charges WAY TOO MUCH for their services. It's to the point where I am likely to drop my insurance company for utilizing a company that charged what 911 did. In fact, I have an appointment to do just that in a few days. My suspicion is that this scenario is reflective of some corporate connection between Liberty Mutual and Alacrity, the larger company that sent 911 Restoration to do the job. From a monetary standpoint the customer's satisfaction was clearly not the priority here.
Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the representative that came out for his exceptional service. I believe his name was Luis.
They were punctual, professional, and the manager answered all the questions I had, so I was well informed through him. The only problem was in the language - communication with the crew. They had difficulty with English and there were delays in their understanding what I was trying to say.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the punctuality and the quality of the work that was done. They were there on time and did a great job.
Whatever they quote you is not exact. When they took the sheetrock off they destroyed the trim and took it with them. They did not take the nails out if the wood when they took the sheetrock off. There was rusty nails sticking out and I have kids running around. They should make sure the job site is safe. There was no communication.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and promptness of this company. I had a water leak in my house and between calling my insurance company and them coming to the house was like within a 3 hour window. They answered all my questions and concerns and put my mind at ease about the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
