Bill is a licensed Civil and Structural Engineer in Ohio and Kentucky. He is also one of the few Certified Building Inspection Engineers in the United States. He began framing houses when he was just 17 years old. Since then, he’s built two houses in Cincinnati and remodeled countless older homes.

Bone Dry Roofing was very detail oriented. Anytime I had questions, they were prompt to answer and did everything they said they would do. The project manager sent me pictures and kept me up to date. I felt like the extra things they did were worth the extra money I paid. I was very pleased.


How difficult to replace a rotted 6x6 PT support post for 2nd floor deck? Other materials that are less likely to rot?
