It took multiple crews over 4 weeks to get job done. Plus we have a total of 13 boxes of unopened material that wasn’t used which leads me to believe I was over charged for the project.

Took six months to have my windows installed and was not offered a discount or rebate from waiting for installation

Home improvement projects can be very costly and are a considered purchase. Champion explained the various options and discussed available discounts and financing options. Installation was conducted professionally and the crew was great. Follow up call/visit after installation was appreciated to make sure there were not issues.

D disappointed from start

I asked Champion to discuss some way to replace my door. The color does not work with our house. Crickets from Champion.

Having to pay so much down before installation, even half would’ve been better.

Your sale tactic of sign today is what puts me off. I will not recommend you to any of my friends with a high pressure sales pressure. Had I not done research beforehand and had some previous offers I would have sent you home without looking at your product.

The workers were beyond lazy. They broke my rain gauge, make a mess in my garden bed and didnt even pick it up, walked on my BRAND NEW carpet with their shoes on more times than I can count and had to take smoke breaks every 15 minutes, which blew inside my house.

The professionalism from front to back; from the salesman and the installation has been great.

Job still not completed and not satisfied so I would not at this point recommend anything.
