Absolute WORST

Great company to do business with. If I have a need for the services they offer I will contact Champion again.

The two installers arrived on time and got Wright to work. They worked very efficiently cleaned up after themselves gave us a tutorial on how to use the windows.

Expensive

Excellent customer service. Competitive pricing. Work crews are amazing. The exceeded my expectations.

Upgrade Finance doesn’t know what they’re doing. The most recent mistake they made was sending me a check as a refund for overpayment. I have spent many calls, the 1st lady was rude and told me that I needed to pay $3,449 instead of $555 per month. This was in July. The next lady, Chay, was wonderful and saw what was wrong. I spoke with Kellen today and he is wonderful. After talking with him, I opened my mail and received a refund check.

Overall experience was good. When issues did arise they were promptly taken care of. Excellent communication.
Windows and doors are crystal clear, time will tell how they will hold up but right now they are beautiful to look through.

The communication at the office was subpar. When I had an issue, which I had to call 4-5 times (check the call log) I had long wait times for anyone to answer, then I got transferred to the actual GR office. Julius was called 2x, we left messages & he never returned our calls? The following day, Julius and myself got into a straight up screaming match! I told him to quit interrupting me and he was VERY unprofessional! And he’s the boss?? It was chaos! Pull recording so you can hear him screaming at a customer, who was only trying to get the job done! Friday, Sept 25 at 9:35 am.

The window looks great and the installers were respectful to my home, courteous, and efficient. I gave a 6 because of the high pressure and the fact an appointment to gather information about Champion windows and cost turned in to a 4 1/2 appointment. I should have said no just on the pressure alone. That is on me.

Don’t use Champion. Get a small contractor instead. They charged us 28k to side our 1700sqft home and gave us nothing but mistakes, delayed job completion, and headaches.

Could greatly improve communication on all fronts, offer more trim options for bronze window choice

Better communication after the sale would be good. I ordered the door on 7/15 but the order didn't go in until 8/8 and I expected it to be ready based on the earlier date. Messages I left for my sales rep weren't answered, but I guess he had left the company.
