So much of experience was good, but my lasting impression was skewed by last steps in installation

Poor communication! We have asked multiple times for management to call us since the 1st order of windows came in wrong. No one has called us back. Took over a dozen phone calls over 3 weeks to get a eta of new Install and it only came as a text.

The entire experience was professional and smooth. From the knowledge of the rep, to the install itself I felt comfortable with my choice.

I likes everything, from the salesman to the installation.

The team was friendly and made the process flow smoothly. The windows gave our home a whole new look. The cost was a little more than I expected but hopefully the windows will pay for themselves in energy savings.

The windows are awesome, but the install is not so much. They came back to look, and I brown trim, so they should have used brown caulking, not white. On the interior, they said they don't touch the interior molding, but they did and pulled it all off. It all has to be redone and repainted, which is not what we were told. I have a bunch of work to do, and at the price I paid, I shouldn't.

Screw up from day one name and address wrong. I had to call to get the measure started when he came he wanted money. We owed nothing took them weeks to order the as soon as ordered wanted more money was disappointed from all the half truths and runarounds with staffing issues from Milwaukee

Order was placed months ago and doors are still not installed. One
window had a flaw which was noticed on installation and is in need of replacement. Its been weeks since Windows were installed and there has been no follow-up on the replacement of the flawed window. Caulking around windows is very sloppy.

You assured me that delivery would be "maybe a little over 30 days because of the odd shaped windows. It took 11 weeks. You also promised frequent status updates. there were none.

The service was very good and all questions were answered.

The final appearance of the seams look very unprofessional outside. Not real happy about that.

The room installation was somewhat rushed and the final clean up and turnover was hectic. They missed some areas to apply calk and there were metal shavings and foam beads over the lawn. They could have done better in keeping the metal shavings off the lawn. The installation guys were nice and polite, but I didn’t feel like I had a seasoned pro team on site, more like an OJT experience. Also, the supervisor only showed up a few times and didn’t talk to me about the build progress. Overall, I guess I felt like I didn’t get the full attention of Champion, the Champion team build. They seemed to hire okay people to do the work. The final result was okay but attention to final detail was lacking.
