My new kitchen looks great. Kelly our designer was patient and listened to all my needs and wants. Kelly was always prompt in getting back with my questions and answers. Our cabinet installers (Phil and Josh) were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed perfectly. Definitely request Phil and Josh you won't be disappointed.
Gayle was wonderful to deal with. She was extremely professional. All of the installers were great as well.
The design and countertop work was great. If you use them for the construction, be aware they might outsource the work. All of my problems were with the outsourced vendor and how they were managed.

We had them re-do our kitchen for us, then we had them back to do another project. That should speak to our level of satisfaction, that we used them twice!

Quality control is key to bathroom projects. They failed to make sure the supply were available for the order. It was a delayed, due to tile and they should have had more control and attention to it.
Everything was wonderful from the time they walked until the time it was done. Ashley, our salesperson, came back after the job was done to make sure everything was good. It was perfect and we couldn't be happier.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the bathroom. It is magnificent! The final touch that set it off was the crown molding.
The quality of the work and materials are excellent. We are very happy with the way the bathroom is turning out. Communication is key and is a big issue. I am disappointed with that part of it.
