The only thing I would have asked for that would have made my experience over the top is that someone make contact after all the work to confirm the system is working up to the specifications. As a layman, I have no idea if the system is performing as expected!

The salesman, Ken, was awesome. He kept us informed during the entire process and gave us a great price, too! He even got our system installed early when they had a cancellation on another job. The installation team was fast and neat. The system has now been in for a year. It has worked amazingly well at keeping the pool nice and warm. We used the pool well into October. We have had no problems with the system snd have needed no service calls.
All the staff at Aztec Solar were terrific. Everyone was courteous and provided excellent customer service. Ken was our personal agent and he was phenomenal. He followed through and followed up with everything he said he would do.

I had a great rep. Jack was wonderful and was patient and understanding. He did not make me feel pressured and explained everything to my satisfaction.
The system was installed in early spring and after installation, a tech went through a brief summary of operation (10 min max.). When asked 2 months later--once it was time to set and use the system--if someone (at their convenience) could stop by and review the systems settings I was told they would be happy to stop by for a fee of a couple hundred bucks. Installation of a $10,000 system and not willing to do a 15-minute follow-up to installation so the system could max its capability. That was after the competitor's proposal was the basis of these guys increasing there initial size quote to meet the real needs of the system. There is a reason Aztec is number two. Am I satisfied with their system designed by the other guys? Yes! Am I glad I had the other guys quote the job? Extremely Glad! Do these guys qualify as a good system with capable installers? Yah. Did they close the deal? No. Is it worth a call from the owner? Hell NO. Will I recommend them? Sure, After the other guys.
I am disappointed that my daily monitoring apps are not working like they did initially.
