They were professional and well educated in the products offered. They did my install in a timely manner. I am very happy with them.
I have a skip sheeting roof and no one else would put solar on there and they did. They were fast, efficient and it worked out great.

I think it was easy to communicate with them whether it was phone or email. They seemed to respond very quickly.
Customer service with sales and office staff needs improvement. They only deceased my price when I showed them their competitors price. The office staff was pushy, telling me daily that they needed my payment when it was already sent and received. Plans to where the solar was going to go was scribbled onto a google map, and when we asked for more professional plans they didn't provide them.

Kenny was the technician who actually put everything in and he was very thorough, really listened to me about centering the screen, and did a great job when he had to come back. He was fabulous. I would also recognize Maria. She was the representative that signed me up in the beginning. I appreciated her honesty when she looked at my electric bill. I originally wanted to explore solar but when she looked at my bill my savings would be minimal and would really not be offset by the expense putting on solar. That is when I suggested the whole house fan and that was a great solution.
I was really happy with the technician who did the installation. He did a great job. He upsold the system and did a fantastic job. I was happy with his level of knowledge and customer service.

The only thing I would have asked for that would have made my experience over the top is that someone make contact after all the work to confirm the system is working up to the specifications.
