Brad did a great job and I could not be happier.
The work was completed, however the hole was not fully filled back in in the yard. I've called the plumber, he responded when it was raining, we tried to set up dates when it wasn't raining, but now that the rain has stopped I haven't heard back.
The technician was very nice and completed the work same day.

I used them several times. Every single time they are on time, very knowledgeable, and their prices are really reasonable. They are very polite. They put the shower caps on their feet. I have been very happy with everyone I have come in contact with there.
I have confidence in A-Total, My first time using them was for faucet installations and this recent time was for a clog issue. On both occasions, they communicated, arrived and repaired/installed in an exemplary manner. Everyone from the scheduling admin to the techs are pleasant and professional
