What a great experience, from start to finish. I was presented with clear options for a step in tub, and never felt any pressure to make a decision. I especially liked the fact that I was able to actually see the product before making a decision. He spent a great deal of time answering all our questions. The product installation was seamless, timely and exactly as promised. We love our new tub and all the features. The price was several thousand dollars less, offering excellent quality and newer blue tooth features than your competitors.
