We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Andrew & his team are wonderful. I never felt like I had to be home while they were remodeling our basement. I was very comfortable leaving them to do their job without fear of being ripped off. All employees were very kind and courteous.

I was impressed with the management and workers at Grade A. The supervisor checked in daily and called early if there were any changes or questions. I was very satisfied with my new deck and they fixed a leaking problem under my brick stoop. I have since hired them for electrical work. Another contractor...

I could not give a higher recommendation of contractors, than Grade A Home Improvement! They were wonderful and easy to work with! You can't get better than this and I've told everyone about them!

My house needed different types of maintenance and some custom work. The Staff at Grade A made it all happen to perfection. I intend to use Grade A again and would recommend Grade A to anyone.
