Creech Custom Builders was formed in 2003 by Neal Creech, the former president of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) Inner Atlanta Chapter. Neal understands a family's desire to branch away from traditional community developments that produce row after row of cookie-cutter houses.
"I've been building homes since 1998, and when I started, all I did was build houses that were thrown together with no rhyme nor reason", Creech said. "After a few years, I realized I wanted to start using my hands for something more meaningful; and the only thing that came to mind was the importance of building for families, with families."
To date, Creech Custom Builders has designed and constructed more than 20 $1.2 to $3 million custom homes in the Springlake, Wood Valley, Sherwood Forest, Brookhaven, Capital City Club and Londonberry areas of Buckhead.
The company's reputation for quality, fairness and high ethical standards has attracted a team of loyal and highly skilled employees, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
Creech Custom Builders believes that true custom homes cannot be built without a close partnership with each family with which we partner.
Our clients have instilled their trust in us. Creech Custom Builders doesn't take this lightly.
Our Vision "To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to our care and to have a positive influence on all who come into contact with Creech Custom Builders."

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.
