We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.
Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Gary and Chris were very professional on site. I trusted them to be in my home when I was not home. They did an excellent job. They showed up on time and did the work. If I had a problem, they didn't have a problem coming back to make sure everything was taken care of.

My highly educated hubby and I are NOT handy people. Need tips on teaching online? Al's your man. Want to discuss the latest book or movie? I'm right here waiting. Change out a light fixture or put down a new floor? Ummm, yeah, you're going to need to talk to Michael about that!

Mike and his crew are incredibly responsive on both planned and unplanned projects, even on consultations; polite and respectful; understanding of my needs and have always worked with me to get the best value for my money. I feel confident in using Vetbuilder's services and recommending them to others.

Vetbuilder is an honest company that works hard to deliver timely, cost-efficient, and beautiful work to home and business owners. We have always been very happy with the jobs Vetbuilder has done for us. We appreciated that they treated the smaller jobs with the same amount of professionalism and attention...
