Sterling Construction Management, LLC (SCM) has been recognized throughout the United States through multiple publications and awards. SCM has been featured in West Virginia Builder Magazine and won design awards through Residential Architect Magazine. SCM is also the proud team for the construction of the Town & Country Magazine 2002 Design Showhouse.

Over the years, they defined their core business values, devised and refined their delivery system, built several hundred million dollars of custom homes and gained an extensive understanding of the detail and nuances of custom house construction and the custom home construction business. In 2000, they brought their company from the Ford Plantation in Georgia to the Greenbrier Sporting Club, where they started to assemble and train a team of like-minded building professionals to serve the needs of Club members. Since then, Sterling has completed 90 homes or more than 65% of the homes built at the Sporting Club. The construction of architecturally designed homes requires a unique approach and we have made that our business. We work closely with owners and architects, to facilitate the translation of plan into reality. We assemble a team of multidisciplinary professionals dedicated to one sole task – the creation of your home. We focus all our resources, building and management experience to that end.
