Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

During a stressful time of flooding Steve came and worked for hours pulling up floor and setting up fans to ensure no mold or mildew started. I felt very confident with his work and care.

The Servpro employees did a fantastic job cleaning up the damage caused by a kitchen stove fire. They scrubbed every inch of our kitchen and dining room, including removing all dishes and pots and pans. They even removed the light bulbs and globes from the ceiling lights and scrubbed each one. They were very professional, very careful with my home, and explained everything. It was a mess with water all over and they handled it and took care if it and make me feel very comfortable. I appreciated all they did.

The working crew that came were very, very hard workers. The lady who was in charge was very efficient. In fact, I told her boss that I didn't know what they were paying her, but they weren't paying her enough!
