Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

ServPro of Conyers/Covington performed exactly as expected. They were punctual and responded promptly when questions were asked. They were in charge of inventoring our damaged personal belongings and then picking them up for salvage.

Serv pro team members were very unprofessional, they did not follow through with the agreed upon time of arrival to provide service, equipment used and left in house was dirty. Poor customer service received from staff.

ServPro is staffed by idiots. They allowed my furniture and belongings to sit in the soot and water-logged mess that was my condo after a fire. Anyone know about good windows that reflect heat and energy efficent on electric bills? Did check on NT but think they may be cheap windows need a Pro ?
