Kimminau Floor Company

Kimminau Story Few industries present more fulfillment and opportunity to create something meaningful and beautiful than hardwood flooring. This is what drew together Ben and John in creating Kimminau Wood Floors; a small business with a customer-oriented approach to wood flooring. Attending regular technical training’s and conferences such as the National Wood Flooring Association Expo drive their passion for constant process and technological improvement. This regular investment in learning and networking has gained the Kimminaus an uncommon advantage in quality and consistency.

Industry Leading Products & Services Ben and John are very competitive and have made it their goal to become Kansas City’s number one resource for quality hardwood services. When you put your name on a business, your reputation is at stake every day! This is the reason the Kimminaus have invested so heavily in the best equipment, products, and techniques. The NWFA has provided Ben and John with the opportunity to network with some of the most successful contractors across the country. Many of the techniques and products the Kimminaus use have been inspired by some of the best craftsmen in the country. This has given Ben and John confidence in knowing that they’re providing their customers with the best products and services the hardwood industry has to offer.

Hardwood Consultants As you can see, Ben and John take their hardwood education very seriously and believe this is the key to their continued success. When you contact the Kimminaus for an estimate, you will be presented with honest options on how to tackle your project and the benefits and consequences of each alternative. The consultation will be thorough and the details of your project will be included on the technicians work order when they arrive to complete your project. The Kimminaus believe the key to customer satisfaction is educating the homeowners and setting the correct expectations before the project begins.

What is this?

What is this?

We display two types of written homeowner feedback on GuildQuality member profile pages: Comments and Reviews.

Comments

In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.

Reviews

Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Answers from contractors near Raymore, MO

Is it normal for new gutters to "snap" as they cool down in the evening?
It is tough to say allthough tt can be normal assuming the gutters/fascia are metal and in an area of the home that receives direct sunlight (enough to cause expansion and contraction).  IMO
What kind of insulation is needed in the attic of my 2-story brick town house so that the 2nd floor bedrooms are as cool as the basement and 1st floor?

R-49 also ventilation is very important to have soffit vent as well as roof vent to keep the attic cool and dry.
