Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

My insurance company recommended Integrity Restoration to fix some water damage. Very big mistake! When Integrity completed the job stating everything was taken care of the rooms still stunk like mold and wet carpet. I brought in a different restoration company and they found additional mold and issues...

If you get it in writing that your roof installation will not be too heavy for the frame of your home, and a few months later your roof is sinking and the frame is cracking, is the roofer responsible?
