Every construction job seems to have unexpected things that come up as the job proceeds. In most cases the contractor gets upset about it and seems to want more money or rushes through the rest of the job to try to recoup. I have a screened in porch that I wish I used more. I was thinking about glassing it in and was wondering what my best option would be?
