Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

The company was thorough, fast and respectfully of my time. They did a great job respecting our property, treating it like their own. The roof install was done in less than 2 days. No worries at all.

The office staff was great when I gave them a situation whether it be negative or positive. They dealt with it well. The only thing I complained about throughout the whole project was that the communication was not the greatest. I still do not understand the additional amount they added to our loan.

Right now, I am totally satisfied. The crew came here and did their job. They got here on time and left at a good time. They didn't overstay past dark or anything. They had their schedule and got it done and got it done quickly. I really like it.

The front office is very helpful. Their roofing and the solar crew were outstanding. Their window crew kind of lacked a little bit.

No. I don't think that is a good idera. You are not going to be happy with result. Hold off spending money doing what you are recommending until you have money to do it the right way.
