Founded in 1996, it has also completed historic restoration projects in the numerous historic districts of Kalamazoo, with various types of architectural styles.

Our service area encompasses Kalamazoo and all cities West to the Lake Michigan shoreline, North to Muskegon, South to the Indiana border, and East to Ann Arbor, MI to include the counties of Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Montcalm, Gratiot, Ottowa, Kent, Ionia, Clinton, Allegan, Barry, Eaton, Ingham, Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Calhoun, Jackson, Berrien, Cass, St. Joseph, Branch, and Hillsdale.
