Answers from contractors near Baltimore, MD

So Iam having a house built, I took pictures and sent them up to be viewed and fixed by the builder, how long should the builder take to respond to me?

Took pictures of what? Where are you at in the construction process? How long ago did you contact them? Please provide as much detail as possible.
What is the best flooring for a cold, damp basement? There is existing carpet over a concrete slab.

Why is the slab damp?  Carpet, is rarely a good solution over concrete.  There are insulated subfloor panels that can be used as well to have a finished floor installed over top.
